Summary

This article details hotfix 1013190 for Laserfiche Forms 9.0.1. This hotfix is superseded by 1013283Laserfiche Forms 9.0.1 Hotfix 1013283. This hotfix includes the following changes:

  • When viewed in Chrome, objects in the Process Modeler are no longer difficult to manipulate. (101591)
  • Laserfiche Forms no longer crashes randomly after a user attempts to log in with an outdated Windows account. (101207)
  • Save to Laserfiche no longer generates a Laserfiche Forms Routing Service Error when the forms install directory path contains spaces. (99787)
  • A "Mixed mode assembly is built against version 'v2.0.50727' of the runtime and cannot be loaded in the 4.0 runtime without additional configuration information" error will no longer occur after installing Forms 9.0.1. (98704)
  • An issue where filtering file uploads by extension would not properly recognize capitalized extensions no longer occurs. (98578)
  • File uploads saved to the Laserfiche repository with Save to Laserfiche will now properly have their file extensions set. (98152)
  • If the 2000 character limit for JavaScript or CSS is reached on the Script page, a warning message will now appear. (97713)
  • On the Script page of the Form Designer, a warning will appear if users attempt to navigate away from a page with unsaved changes. (97406)
  • If a file upload field is marked as required, a form cannot be submitted until the file is finished uploading. (96950)
  • An error no longer occurs after upgrading the Laserfiche Server from 8.3.1 to 9.0 when registering an existing repository using a domain account. (96562)
  • An error no longer occurs when variable names are enclosed with square brackets. (102209)
  • Uploaded files saved to the Laserfiche repository now follow the file type conversion settings for the Save to Laserfiche user. (101575)
  • Opening a process model created from the Approval Process template will no longer generate a "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'toString' of undefined, failed to edit on this canvas" error. (102301)

Note: This update is included as part of the Laserfiche Forms 9.0.1 installation package available on the Laserfiche Support Site after May 14, 2013.

  1. Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location on the server with Laserfiche Forms 9.0.1.
  2. Stop the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service.
  3. Double-click LaserficheForms Hotfix 1013190.exe to update Laserfiche Forms 9.0.1.
  4. Start the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service.
