Summary

When using the Laserfiche Web Administration Console to view Windows Event Log entries, you may receive the following error message:

    The network path was not found.

Resolution

The Remote Registry service must be running on the Laserfiche Server computer in order to view Laserfiche events on a remote computer with Laserfiche Web Administration Console.

  1. Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and click Services.
  2. Select the Remote Registry service and click Start the service.
