This article details hotfix 1013149 for Laserfiche Mobile Add-on for Web Access 8.9.0, 8.3.2, and 8.2.2. The update resolves the following issues:
- Laserfiche documents are no longer blurry in the Document Viewer when connected to Web Access 9.0.1 (98919).
- Create a new document, assign it a template with a required field, and save it. You will be prompted to add a value for the required field. Fill in the required field and save the document again. It prompts you to use a different name to save the document. This has been resolved (96818).
- Uploading multiple page documents simultaneously sometimes resulted in missing pages. This has been resolved (96802).
- Perform a search, select all results, and tap e-mail. Laserfiche Mobile now generates an e-mail containing URLs of all the entries, not just the ones displayed on the first page of the search results (98766).
- A date/time dynamic field value visible in the Laserfiche Client is now also visible in Laserfiche Mobile (96896).
- Demo mode: The Submit button is now centered in the Password Recovery box (96935).
- Demo mode: The iPad tutorial has been updated (96915).
- Demo mode: The Industry drop-down menus on the Create an Account page now populate values (98648).

- Inside each .zip is a single .exe file and two .msp files, which should be extracted to a temporary location. If necessary, transfer the appropriate files to the correct computers and double-click the .exe to update the Laserfiche Mobile Add-on for Web Access.
- The Laserfiche Mobile Image Processing service stops during installation. Restart this service manually after the patch installs.
