Summary

This article details hotfix 1013129 for Workflow 8.3.1, which resolves the following issues:

• You no longer get a "Some or all identity references could not be translated" error when opening the Security node in the Workflow Administration Console after a domain account configured for Workflow security has been deleted from the domain. (98469)
• The Update Data activity no longer fails if it attempts to set a value to an XML reserved character. (98287)
• If a Find Group activity and a For Each User activity linked to that Find Group activity are both inside a repeating activity (such as For Each Entry, For Each Value, etc.), the Find Group activity will no longer raise an error the second time it runs. (97906)

• The Fill Out PDF Form activity has a new advanced property box that lets you choose to override the default alignment for the filled out PDF fields and use the PDF reader's alignment settings instead. (92634)
• When a script that uses tokens retries, it will no longer get the error "Cannot access a disposed object. Object name: 'ActivityExecutionContext'." (97903)

Resolution

To update Workflow 8.3.1

1. Click one of the following links to download either the 32-bit or 64-bit version of the update.

2. Inside each .zip is a single .exe file, which should be extracted to a temporary location. If necessary, transfer the appropriate .exe file(s) to the correct computers and double-click the appropriate .exe to update the desired Workflow component.

Note: The update file automatically checks for whether the Workflow Server, Subscriber, or Designer is installed and updates the appropriate files as needed.
