Summary

The Retrieve Laserfiche Forms Content activity in Workflow 9.0.0 may produce multiple tokens with the same name. If you have a Laserfiche Form field with the same variable name as a field inside a collection or table, these fields will produce tokens with the same name. This issue has been resolved in 9.0.1, but if you retrieved collection fields or table columns in Workflow 9.0.0, you will need to edit the token names after upgrading to Workflow 9.0.1.

Solution

If you used tokens that represent a table column or collection's field in Workflow 9.0.0, you must manually replace them when you upgrade to 9.0.1 to reflect the change in the naming scheme. Add the collection or table name followed by a backslash before the 9.0.0 token name, or use the token menu to replace the token.
