Note: All updates in this Knowledge Base article are included as part of the Laserfiche 9.0.0 packages available on the Laserfiche Support Site after December 3, 2012. The updated download packages contain an updates subfolder with the .msp patch files. When using the updated installation to install Laserfiche 9.0.0 for the first time, the installation process will automatically detect and install the appropriate .msp files located in that subfolder. If you have not yet installed Laserfiche, please download the most recent version of the Laserfiche Rio 9.0.0 or Laserfiche Avante 9.0.0 installations. If you have already installed Laserfiche 9.0.0, please see below.
Click the following to download a zip file containing the service pack.
Double-click the .exe file to install Service Pack 1 for Laserfiche 9.0.0. The .exe file will automatically detect and install updates for applicable products installed on the computer.
The Office Integration update also applies to Web Access 9.0.0. If you are using Web Access and you already have Laserfiche Client 9.0.0 installed on your computer, the service pack also updates the Office Integration installation for Web Access. If you are using Web Access, but do not already have the Client installed on your computer, you can manually get the Office Integration update by manually installing the .msp patch file.
