Pass in the iacceptlicenseagreement and -s parameters when launching LaserficheSDKRuntimeInstaller.exe. The iacceptlicenseagreement parameter suppresses the license agreement dialog box while the -s parameter hides the progress bar.

LaserficheSDKRuntimeInstaller.exe iacceptlicenseagreement -s

Note that when specifying the iacceptlicenseagreement parameter, there is no hyphen character before the parameter, while there is one when specifying -s.
