Summary

When using Windows XP or Windows Server 2003, the .NET Framework 4 installation process will fail if Microsoft's Windows Imaging Component is not already installed. If .NET Framework 4 cannot be installed, you cannot proceed with the installation of any Laserfiche client programs that rely on .NET Framework 4.
