Summary
When using Laserfiche Integration Express - HTE 8.0 to scan from a SunGard HTE application, you may receive the following error message:
Could not find volume.
You receive this error message even when there is a volume configured for the appropriate HTE category in the Integration Express - HTE Configuration dialog box.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in the current version of the Integration Express - HTE 8.0 installation package available on the Laserfiche Support Site. If you downloaded and installed Integration Express - HTE 8.0 prior to September 10, 2012 and you are encountering the above issue, please re-download the installation.
You can run the new installation over your existing Integration Express - HTE 8.0 installation.
