Resolution

To update Agenda Manager 8.0.2

1. Click the following link to download the hotfix.

   KB1013015.zip

2. Inside the .zip is a single .exe file, which should be extracted to a temporary location on the computer with Agenda Manager 8.0.2.
3. Stop the Laserfiche Agenda Manager Service.
4. Replace the AMServer.exe under <Agenda Manager Install Dir>\Laserfiche\Agenda Manager Server\ with the hotfix copy you just extracted from the zip file.
5. Restart the Laserfiche Agenda Manager Service.

Note: The initial release of this hotfix (version 8.0.2.34 of AMServer.exe) did not resolve the issue in all situations. If you downloaded this hotfix prior to August 13, 2012, please redownload this hotfix to get version 8.0.2.36 of AMServer.exe.
