When using the WebDAV Redirector, creating a mapped network drive on a client computer may return the following error message:

The mapped network drive could not be created because the following error has occurred: Access is denied.

In the Map Network Drive dialog box, in the Folder option, use the IP address of the Laserfiche Server instead of the host name or fully-qualified domain name of the computer.
