Web Access 8 is not compatible with Web Garden application pools.

By default, the WebAccess8AppPool application pool is set to allow a maximum of 1 worker process. You can use IIS manager to modify this setting. Setting a value greater than 1 means the application pool is a "Web Garden."

The framework that Web Access uses to track session information is not compatible with Web Gardens. If Web Access is assigned to a Web Garden, you may be unable to log in to your Laserfiche Repository. If you can successfully log in, you will receive "Session timeout occurred" error messages when attempting actions in Web Access.
