After specifying a valid activation key during offline activation of Plus 7.2, you may receive the following error message:

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Plus 7.2. The fix is an updated version of Activator.exe (7.1.2.0).

1. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the updated version of Activator.exe.

2. Back up the existing copy of Activator.exe located in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\License."
3. Copy the updated version of Activator.exe to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\License."
4. Retry the offline activation process.
