Summary
When installing Import Agent 8.1 on a computer with Laserfiche Client 8.3, you may receive the following error message:
Error 2753. The File 'LFSession.exe.1606D57C_7C31_40C1_8AC2_32C0B 957420' is not marked for installation.
Workaround
Due to an internal installation issue, Laserfiche Client 8.3 prevents Import Agent 8.1 from properly installing. If you need both Import Agent 8.1 and Laserfiche Client 8.3 on the same computer, please install Import Agent 8.1 first prior to installing Laserfiche Client 8.3.
If Laserfiche Client 8.3 is already installed, you will have to uninstall Laserfiche Client 8.3 in order to successfully install Import Agent 8.1. After installing Import Agent, you can then reinstall Laserfiche Client 8.3.
