Summary

In Web Access 8.2, when you import a document, the Fields tab on the Importing document dialog box may not properly display dynamic fields for the default template. The dialog displays the dynamic fields as standard text boxes instead of drop-down lists. This issue only affects dynamic fields in the default template.

Workaround

On the New Document Defaults page in the Settings dialog box, set the Template option to "No template assigned" or a template that does not contain the desired dynamic fields.

To modify the default template for new documents

1. Log in to Web Access 8.2.
2. Click the Settings link at the top of the page next to your user name.
3. In the New Documents section, select the Defaults item.
4. In the Template drop-down list, select the desired item.
5. Click Save to save your changes and close the dialog box.
