Laserfiche Rio 8, Laserfiche 8, Laserfiche 9

Summary

When you update the named user list on your License Manager, it sends out a notification to registered Laserfiche Servers. Each Laserfiche Server then requests the new named user list and automatically updates its internal list of named users. In certain situations, it may take longer than expected to propagate named user changes to registered Laserfiche Servers.

Workaround

At a command prompt, you can use "lfs.exe -reloadlicense" to manually force the Laserfiche Server to reread the license file and contact the License Manager server for named user updates.
