Web Access may display a solid green block when users try to view a non-compliant TIFF-JPEG image with an unexpected SamplePerPixel value in the TIFF file header information.

Workaround

This issue is resolved with an updated version of an internal image processing component shared between multiple Laserfiche products. As a workaround for Web Access 8.2.0, install the Laserfiche Administration Console 8.2.1 on the computer hosting Web Access.
