Summary
By default, Agenda Manager 8 may not be fully compatible with Microsoft Word 2010. When you attempt to use Word 2010 to save or publish an agenda, you may receive the following error message:
An error occurred while preparing the agenda. Please make sure Agenda Manager is properly configured.
Error: This document cannot be validated because no XML schemas are attached to it.
Error code: 0x800a1810
You may see a similar error when attempting to open or save a template.
Resolution
There is a Microsoft Word 2010 hotfix available from the Microsoft Web site that resolves the issue. Please see the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article for more information.
