This article lists compatibility issues between Laserfiche Client 8.2, Laserfiche Client 8.1.2, Web Access 8.2, and WebLink 8 with Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.
Laserfiche Client 8.2
Laserfiche Client 8.2 has the following issue:
- When viewing a dynamic field, you must click the field twice to view the drop-down list. (70872)
Laserfiche Client 8.1.2
Laserfiche 8.1.2 has the following issues:
- The Print Preview window may not properly refresh the display if you view the Page Setup dialog box and drag the dialog box around within the window.
- In the search pane, the Customize Search and Select Records Manager Search drop-down lists may display carriage return characters.
These issues are resolved in Laserfiche 8.2.
Web Access 8.2
Web Access 8.2 has the following issues:
- The text in text box annotations and callout text box annotations may appear smudged (65142). This issue is resolved with Hotfix 1012777.
- Mouse-wheel scrolling does not function correctly in the folder browser contents pane or search results pane. You must use the scroll bar (64141). This issue is resolved with Hotfix 1012777.
- The text in text box annotations and callout text box annotations may appear smudged when the annotation is rotated. (71156)
WebLink 8
WebLink 8 has the following issue:
- The WebLink 8 Reporting analytics package may record visitors using Internet Explorer 9 as Internet Explorer 7 sessions. WebLink relies on the browser's user-agent string to determine version information. When running in Compatibility View mode, Internet Explorer 9 identifies itself as Internet Explorer 7. (69940)
