This article details hotfix 1012765 for Laserfiche Quick fields 8.0.2. The patch resolves the following issue:

• An "Error occurred while trying to scan document id=DocumentID, name=DocumentName, error=Stamp not found." error could occur when scanning with the Laserfiche Capture Engine scan source if a page contains a deleted public stamp. (70616)

Resolution

Note: This hotfix is for Quick Fields 8.0.2 only. Please make sure you are using Quick Fields 8.0.2 before applying the hotfix.

To update Quick Fields 8.0.2

1. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the hotfix.

2. Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location.
3. Double-click the extracted "KB 1012765.exe" to load the hotfix installer.
4. Click Update to install the hotfix.
