To update Web Access 8.2.0

1. Click one of the following links to download either the 32-bit or the 64-bit version of hotfix 1012764 for Web Access 8.2.0.

2. Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location.
3. Double-click the extracted .msp file to load the Web Access 8.2 update wizard.
4. Select "Repair" when prompted for an operation.
5. Restart the Web Access Server machine if prompted.
