This article details Hotfix 1012753 for Laserfiche Agenda Manager 8.0.1, which resolves the following issue:

• When reviewing items, the conditional approval status is displayed incorrectly. The status is off by one. (68919)

Note: This hotfix only applies to Agenda Manager 8.0.1, and should not be applied to any other version of the software. If you are unsure which version you are using, log in to the Agenda Manager website as any user and refer to the version number at the bottom of the page (e.g., Powered by Agenda Manager X.X.X, where X.X.X equals the version number).

Resolution

This fix provides an updated version of the ViewApproveItems.asp file.

To update Agenda Manager 8.0.1:

1. Click the following link to download the file:

Hotfix 1012753.zip

2. Drag/drop the file into the ASP folder inside the Agenda Manager Server installation directory, replacing the file in this directory by the same name. In most cases, this folder will be located at <Installation Drive>:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Agenda Manager Server\ASP.

Note: It is not necessary to restart the Agenda Manager Server service, or the machine hosting the service. The resolution will take effect immediately after replacing the file with the updated version.
