The Web Access 8.2.0 installation process may not recognize license files that are generated using the Laserfiche 8.2 hardware fingerprint utility.

The installer relied on a previous version of the hardware fingerprint utility.

This issue has been resolved the Web Access 8.2 installation released after February 7, 2011. Please download the most recent version of the Web Access 8.2 installation.
