This article details hotfix 1012737 for Laserfiche 8.1.2. The fix includes updates to Laserfiche Server.

The Laserfiche Server update resolves the following issues:

• When using the advanced search syntax to search for multiple items from a list field, search results would only include entries that matched the second value specified in the advanced search syntax. (67586)
• When using Oracle, Laserfiche may not be able to automatically purge items from the Recycle Bin. (67822)
• Certain invalid LFQL queries could cause the Laserfiche Server to become unstable. (64253)
• Laserfiche could potentially export an invalid volume XML file when you chose to export a volume in a legacy format (version 6 or 7). (65638, 65359, 66088)
• The Laserfiche 5 Volume Converter could skip copying the e00 subfolder from the source location to the destination location when the Copy volume to a new folder option is enabled in the utility. (65786)

To update Laserfiche Server 8.1.2

1. Stop the Laserfiche Server service.
2. Click one of the following links to download either the 32-bit or the 64-bit version of Laserfiche Server hotfix 1012737.

3. Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location and double-click the .msp file to update the Laserfiche Server. Restart the Laserfiche Server service.
