Summary

This article documents the list of changes for Agenda Manager 8.0.1 hotfix 1012661. The fix includes updates for both the Agenda Manager Server and the Add-in for Microsoft Word.

The patch files resolve the following issues:

• If you modified the Agenda Manager Web site to run on a different port or to use https authentication, the site may be unable to redirect you back to the View Submitted Items page after you replace an attachment. Site redirection after replacing an attachment now functions correctly. (60812)
• You may receive a "This command is not available" error message when publishing an agenda that contains a Microsoft Office attachment where Track Changes is enabled, but the document contains no comments. This issue is now resolved. (59943)
• Agenda Manager now correctly publishes agenda packets with Excel documents that contain multiple worksheets. The publishing process no longer displays an "Error while printing report ExcelFileName: 0x80070020" message. (59942)

To update Agenda Manager Server 8.0.1

1. Click the following link to download a zip file containing a .msp patch file for Agenda Manager Server.

2. Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location and double-click the Laserfiche Agenda Manager Service.msp file to update Agenda Manager Server.

To update the Agenda Manager Add-in for Microsoft Word

1. Click the following link to download a zip file containing a .msp patch file for the Word Add-in.

2. On the client computer where the Agenda Manager Add-in for Microsoft Word is installed, extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location and double-click the Laserfiche Agenda Manager AddIn.msp file to update the Word Add-in.
3. If you have previously applied Knowledge Base article 1012543, delete the SavePrintSettings registry value or set it to 1.

Note: If you have previously installed the Agenda Manager Server hotfix in Knowledge Base article 1012628, running the Agenda Manager Server .msp patch file may display an error message stating that the installation was interrupted. You can ignore this error message as the update process should still successfully complete. Browse to the Agenda Manager Server installation folder and verify that AMServer.exe is version 8.0.1.356.

Note: If you shut down the Agenda Manager Server service prior to running the Agenda Manager Server .msp patch file, you may receive an "IIS 4.0 not found" error message during the update process. You can ignore this error message as the update process should still successfully complete.
