When installing Laserfiche Snapshot 8, keep in mind that the license file you should use may be the same file used to install the Laserfiche Client.

In many cases, Snapshot license blocks are included inside of Client license files, below the Client block. Regardless of whether or not the Snapshot installation is handled by a different wizard than the Client installation, you can point the wizard at the Client's license file (if it contains a Snapshot block). Open your Client license file and look for Name=Snapshot to determine if it includes the Snapshot block.

Note: If you point an installation at an invalid license file, it may report that it cannot find the license required to complete the installation.
