Summary
The Windows domain user identity of the IIS application pool for the Laserfiche Records Center Integration must be authorized to connect to the Laserfiche repository using Laserfiche security and must have appropriate access rights and/or privileges in order to create a document in that Laserfiche repository.
More Information
By default, the Laserfiche SharePoint Records Center Integration runs under the "LFSPAppPool" application pool. In addition to sufficient entry access rights to create documents in the Laserfiche folder mapped to the SharePoint content type, the identity must also sufficient entry and field access rights to assign a template and field values for those Laserfiche fields mapped to a SharePoint field in the Records Center Configuration Website.
In addition, the first time the integration is used to send a document to Laserfiche, the Records Center integration automatically creates a Laserfiche field named "SharePoint Origin." This initial process requires the application pool identity to also have the "Manage Templates and Fields" privilege in order to create the field definition in the Laserfiche repository.
