This article details hotfix 1012532 for Laserfiche Server 8.1.1. The fix includes the following files:

Important: This hotfix applies to Laserfiche Server 8.1.1 only. Verify that Laserfiche Server 8.1.1 is installed before applying the hotfix.
Cr.dll (version 8.1.1.654) resolves the following issues:
- Field value search performance is now more responsive when using Oracle. (56778)
- There is a potential memory leak when generating thumbnails if lfshlp.exe was not properly registered. This issue is now resolved. (56478)
- The folder browser entry listing may not correctly check for the Read Entry Access Right for field values on Shortcuts. The column display now correctly hides field values for shortcuts that point to a document where the user does not have the Read Entry Access Right. (56337)
Httpserv.dll (version 8.1.1.654) resolves the following issues:
- Laserfiche now properly creates briefcase files that are larger than 4 GB for users logged in through Windows authentication. (56449)
Lfs.exe (version 8.1.1.654) resolves the following issues:
- In certain situations, the lfshlp.exe subcomponent may not shut down when you stop the Laserfiche Server service. This can prevent the Laserfiche Server service from properly restarting. This issue is now resolved. (53835)
To update Laserfiche Server 8.1.1
- Stop the Laserfiche Server service.
- Click one of the following links to download either the 32-bit or the 64-bit version of the hotfix.

- Replace your existing version of cr.dll, httpserv.dll, lfs.exe with the updated versions included in the zip file. By default, the files are in "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Server."
- Restart the Laserfiche Server service.
