Summary

This article lists the issues resolved in hotfix 1012521 for the Web Access 8.1 SharePoint Integration. The fix includes the following files:

MOSSPH.ProtocolHandler.dll resolves the following issue:

• The Search Protocol Handler may not generate valid URL links to Web Access 8.1 in the search results. (56453)

WebPartManagement.exe resolves the following issue:

• When loading the Laserfiche Web Part Management utility, you may receive the following error message (56116):

  Unable to run STSADM.exe. Timed out while communicating with SharePoint.

Resolution

To update Web Access 8.1

1. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the hotfix.

2. Stop the Office SharePoint Server Search service.
3. Replace your existing version of MOSSPH.ProtocolHandler.dll in "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche SharePoint Protocol Handler" with the updated version.
4. Start the Office SharePoint Server Search service.
5. Replace your existing version of WebPartManagement.exe in "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche SharePoint Web Part" with the updated version.
