Summary

If the Workflow Server or Subscriber services do not have sufficient Windows privileges to access and modify the Workflow installation directory, you may receive an "error loading file" error in the Windows Event Viewer.

Resolution

Grant the Windows account associated with the Workflow Server and Subscriber Windows rights to read and modify the Workflow installation directory. This directory is defined when installing these components and is C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Workflow by default.
