Summary
When AVG Antivirus software is installed on the client workstation and you attempt to import a document into Laserfiche 8, you may receive the following error message:
No response received from the server. [780]
You may also receive the following error message:
Failed to import new document. (Operation timed out.) [784]
Workaround
AVG's LinkScanner feature may interfere with the import process. Disable the LinkScanner feature in the AVG settings.
