Summary
If the appropriate Import Agent 8.1 Language Pack is installed, you can launch the Import Agent 8.1 Configuration Utility from the command line and pass in a parameter to control what language pack to load.

ImportAgentConfig.exe accepts a ci parameter that specifies the language code of the desired Language Pack. Valid values for ci include:
