Commonly requested files and information

  • Please provide the information listed in the General Technical Support Checklist: (1010992)
  • Specify whether the issue occurs when using the Agenda Manager Web site, or when using the using the Agenda Manager Add-in for Microsoft Word.
  • If the issue occurs when publishing the agenda with the Word Add-in, click the Toggle Debug Mode toolbar button on the Add-in toolbar to display a dialog box containing debug information. Copy and paste the contents of this dialog box into a text file, or take a screenshot.
  • If the Agenda Manager Server and the Agenda Manager Add-in for Microsoft Word are on different computers, make sure DCOM is configured on the Agenda Manager Server. See the following help topic: DCOM configuration.
  • If the Agenda Manager Server and Laserfiche Server are on different computers, make sure DCOM is configured on the Laserfiche Server. See the following Knowledge Base article: (1012028).
  • If Agenda Manager volumes are located on a different machine than Agenda Manager Server, make sure the Agenda Manager Server service login account is a user that has Windows file system permissions to that location.
