Summary

When you use the %(Bates Numbering_Latest) token in a document name or field value, the token incorrectly uses the bates number from the first page of the document.

The token works properly in other Quick Fields processes.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Quick Fields 8.0.1. The fix is an updated version of:

• QFProcesses.dll (8.0.1.260)

Note: This hotfix is superseded by QFProcesses.dll (version 8.0.1.263). Please see Knowledge Base article 1012389.

To update Quick Fields 8.0.1

1. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the hotfix.

2. Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location.
3. Copy the extracted "QFProcesses.dll" to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\Batch Processor."
