Summary

When you use the Send to Laserfiche option in Microsoft Outlook with a non-English version of the Laserfiche Client, the Fields tab of the Import to Laserfiche dialog box may display the following warning message:

To help protect your security, your Web browser has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for options...

Cause

This issue can occur when Internet Explorer is configured to block active content.

Workaround

To prevent the Fields tab from displaying the information bar message

1. Using Windows Explorer, browse to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\Controls."
2. Delete the following .htm file:

Template_xyz.htm

Where "xyz" is the 3-letter code for the language pack you are using with Laserfiche.
