Resolutions

There are two potential solutions:

• Update the machine's video card driver(s). This resolution may require support or documentation from the video card vendor.
• Upgrade your Laserfiche system (including Snapshot) to version 8. This version of Snapshot provides enhanced support for Windows XP Service Pack 3.
