Unidentified Documents Sent to Laserfiche May Not Be Removed From The Session When Using Quick Fields Agent 8.

Summary

When a session is configured to send unidentified documents to Laserfiche, Quick Fields may not delete those unidentified documents from the session when that session is run by Quick Fields Agent. This may result in duplicate documents in Laserfiche the next time the session is run.

Note: This hotfix is superseded by Knowledge Base article 1012389.

Installation

The fix is a self-contained .exe file that updates the necessary files. The patch includes the following files:

  • Laserfiche.QuickFields.Base.dll (8.0.1.246)
  • BatchProcessor.Connection.dll (assembly version 8.1.0.0, file version 8.0.1.245)
  • QFMigrator.exe (8.0.1.245)
  • Laserfiche.QuickFields.Processes.dll (8.0.1.210)
  • Laserfiche.BatchProcessor.Processes.dll (8.0.1.210)

To update Quick Fields 8.0.1

  1. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the hotfix.

    2. KB1012357.zip

  2. Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location.
  3. Double-click the extracted "KB1012357.exe" to load the hotfix installer.
  4. Click Update to install the hotfix.
