Modifying certain components of a document sends the previous versions of those components to the Recycle Bin.

For example, when using Snapshot or extracting text, Laserfiche may replace various components of that document with new versions of those components. If the Recycle Bin is enabled, the overwritten components are sent to the Recycle Bin.

This means that a user with modify rights on documents may end up with items in the Recycle Bin even if they do not explicitly have delete rights.

These items in the Recycle Bin are placed there as part of standard document modification actions.
