Summary

During the publishing process, certain documents may not be correctly indexed in the published repository. Search results in the published repository may not include documents that are returned in the same search in the source repository.

Resolution 1

This issue is now resolved in Plus 8.1. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche Plus.

Resolution 2

There is a hotfix available for Laserfiche Plus 8.0.2. The fix includes updated versions of the following files:

• cr.dll (version 8.1.0.211)
• LFFTS.exe (version 8.1.0.211)
• IndexUtil.dll (version 8.1.0.211)
• QRcmd.exe (version 8.1.0.211)

To update Laserfiche Plus Publisher 8.0.2

1. Click the following link to download a zip file with the updated files.

2. Rename your existing versions of cr.dll, LFFTS.exe, IndexUtil.dll, and QRcmd.exe. The files are located in the "Bin" subfolder of your Laserfiche Plus 8.0.2 installation folder. By default, the path is "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Plus 8.0\Bin."
3. Copy the hotfix files into the "Bin" folder.
