Summary

When retrieving documents using Laserfiche Capture Engine, you may receive the following error message in the Processing Information Pane:

    The operation completed successfully.

This error can occur when your computer's Date and Time Settings are configured with a time zone that does not use Daylight Saving Time.

Resolution 1

This issue is resolved in Quick Fields 8.0.1. and later. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche Quick Fields.

Resolution 2

There is a hotfix available for Laserfiche Quick Fields 8. The fix is an updated version of LFCE.exe (version 8.0.0.500).

To update Laserfiche Quick Fields 8

  1. Close any open instances of Laserfiche Quick Fields 8.
  2. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the hotfix.
  3. Hotfix_SCR49697.zip

  4. Replace your existing version of LFCE.exe located at "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\Batch Processor" with the updated version included in the zip file.
