Summary

When viewing the Records Center Configuration Web site, you may see the following error message displayed at the top of the "Default Settings" page.

There is no Web named "/Docs"

This error can occur when using SharePoint Services 3.0. This error does not occur with SharePoint Server 2007.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Web Access 8.0.1. The fix includes updated versions of LFSPRCConfigWebApp.dll (version 8.0.1.869) and LFSPRCConfigEditorInterface.dll (version 8.0.1.869).

To update Web Access 8.0.1

1. Click the following link to download a zip file with the hotfix files.

Hotfix_SCR48869.zip

2. Rename your existing versions of LFSPRCConfigWebApp.dll and LFSPRCConfigEditorInterface.dll in "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Sharepoint Records Center\RecordsCenterConfig\bin."
3. Copy the hotfix files into the above folder.
