Summary
When you use the Send To Laserfiche option from Microsoft Office Excel 2003 or Microsoft Office Word 2003, the Browse button on the resulting Import to Laserfiche dialog box does not load the Browse Folders dialog box.
Resolution
There is a potential issue in Microsoft Office Excel 2003 and Microsoft Office Word 2003 that can prevent add-ins from loading. Microsoft has released an update to Microsoft Office 2003 for this issue.
