Workaround
If you uninstall Web Access 8.0.1 on a computer with Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 and any of the listed Laserfiche products stop functioning, use the Windows Add or Remove Programs option from the Windows Control Panel to repair one of the affected programs. Repairing one of the affected programs will also resolve the issue for all the other programs.
