XML configuration files | Configuration information is now stored per virtual directory in an XML file instead of the Windows Registry. |
Laserfiche 8 metadata support | WebLink now supports the new Laserfiche 8 metadata types. |
WebLink Reporting | WebLink Reporting is an analytics package installed with WebLink 8. |
WebLink Mobile View | You can view a simplified version of the Doc Viewer on your mobile device. You are automatically redirected (i.e. only document viewer has a simplified version (docviewm.aspx), all the other pages are the same). |
Quick Search | WebLink now contains a quick search control |
Folder metadata | Instead of a folder tree, WebLink now displays a control on the side that displays metadata about the selected folder. |
