Summary

There is a potential memory leak when assigning values in multiple value fields. The issue can become visible when performing the action a large number of times within one session.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Laserfiche 8.0.2. The fix is an updated version of LFSO80.dll (version 8.0.2.866).

Updates to LFSO require that the updated version of LFSO be accessible to the desired client program. Download the appropriate version of LFSO and replace the existing copy on the desired workstations.

To update LFSO80.dll

1. Click one of the following links to download a zip file with the updated version of LFSO80.dll.

2. Replace your existing version of LFSO80.dll with the updated version. By default, LFSO80.dll is located at "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\LFObjects.
