Summary

When printing a document, your may receive the following error message:

Unknown error. [6000:3221225477]

Cause

This error can occur if you select to print both images and text and the document does not contain any OCR text.

Workaround

On the Print dialog box, in the Print Type section, in the Print what drop-down list, select the Images option before clicking OK.
