Summary

When retrieving documents using the Laserfiche Capture Engine, the images in Quick Fields may display with a different rotation than when viewed from the Laserfiche Client.

Cause

The Original Image Orientation option is enabled for the Laserfiche Capture Engine. When a page is first scanned into a repository, Laserfiche stores the image's original orientation. If an image was scanned in with one rotation, rotating that image using the Laserfiche Client will not change the original value. When the Original Image Orientation option is enabled, Laserfiche Capture Engine retrieves the images using the original orientation value.
