Summary

When using Web Access to export a document as a PDF file, you may receive the following error message:

File does not begin with '%PDF'

Workaround

Disable the Display PDF in browser option in Adobe Acrobat.

To edit Adobe Acrobat preferences

1. Load Adobe Acrobat.
2. From the Edit menu, click Preferences.
3. Click the Internet category.
4. Clear the Display PDF in browser check box.
5. Click OK to save your change.
