Laserfiche Workflow 8 May Not Properly Evaluate Document Count Conditions.

January 26, 2009 | KB: 1012142
Workflow Suite 8.0

Summary

Laserfiche Workflow may not properly evaluate the document count condition. For example, if the workflow definition contains a routing decision where the first branch contains a condition that checks that the document count for a folder is greater than a specified value, Workflow will skip the branch regardless of the number of documents in that folder.

This issue is resolved in Workflow 8.0.1 and later. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche Workflow.
