Summary

When you drag and drop items in the folder browser tree pane, Laserfiche may not highlight the folder the mouse cursor hovers over during the drag and drop operation.

Resolution

Perform the following:

1. Right-click on My Computer and select Properties.
2. On the Advanced tab, under the Performance section, click Settings to load the Performance Options dialog box.
3. On the Visual Effects tab, select the Adjust for best appearance option.
4. Click OK to save your changes.
